Our delivery service can cover most areas in Hong Kong and provide you a fast delivery experience.
FREE delivery for orders above $400
For orders below HK$400, we will charge HK$50 for all parcel. If for outlying islands, namely Cheung Sha, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, and Lantau Island, we will charge HK$100 for all parcel.
Delivery service is not available at airports, restricted areas, warehouses or other destinations that require queuing up.
No delivery service on Sunday
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 1-3 working days.
Orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will ship out within 3 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).
Orders placed during holidays are shipped within 3-7 business days from the day of order. (excluding holidays).
Transit time is calculated using business days, Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
INTERNATIONAL:
For all orders shipping to outside of Hong Kong, we will charge HK$500 for all parcel.
Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).
Most orders arrive within 4-15 business days from the day of order, arrival date is determined by destination at point of purchase and shipping method. (excluding holidays)
Remarks: Please be aware that International deliveries may be charged import duties and taxes on receipt of your package and ensure the following to avoid dispatch delays:
If a parcel is returned for any reasons, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to our warehouse.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. When ordering goods from SUPAMAX website for international deliveries, you may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. SUPAMAX is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges from customs clearance are considered outside of our control and
SUPAMAX cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID
Shipping on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis means that import taxes and duties will not be shown on the check-out page or paid through SUPAMAX. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear all applicable customs fees and import duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be notified and invoiced by courier service, the shipping courier upon delivery of your merchandise. Delays beyond our delivery estimates may occur due to customs clearance procedures and payments.
Please kindly note that SUPAMAX has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amounts. We recommend customers to check with your local customs authority before placing an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
